Touroutoglou.com accepts the refund of any product upon request within 10 days of the customer purchasing the product.
In the case of a refund the shipping cost of the product is borne by the customer.
The returned product must meet all the conditions described and in case of change.

The refund will be made in the same way as the payment was made.
- e.g. if done with a credit card, the money will be refunded to the customer’s credit card,
- if the payment was made by transfer to a bank account, the refund will accordingly be transferred to a bank account designated by the consumer after contacting our company, and so on.
